The KINDEX LIQUID fell another 0.35% to 48.78. Ukrnafta was its component that posted the biggest loss in the quoted price (-0.78%), and the only issue to post a gain, yet a tiny one, was Dniproenergo (+0.08%).

ODEN) shareholders meeting changes chairman of board

On November 23, a regular shareholders meeting of Odesaoblenergo that had been convoked by Odesaoblenergo's board was held. The meeting dismissed the acting chairman of the board Vladyslav Lozynski, and elected Ruslan Arsiri to replace him.

As regards the supervisory board, representatives of the state (state-owned stake is 25%) hold two seats out of nine, and Overcon's representatives - three.

As a reminder, in September the State Property Fund declared Overcon Enterprises Ltd. the final winner of a tender to sell 35% stake in Odesaoblenergo. Meanwhile, a couple of off-shore companies owning more than 10% in Odesaoblenergo together continue to be calling for an extraordinary shareholders meeting for Odesaoblenergo. If we are not mistaken, not a single one of those meetings was actually held due to the lack of quorum.
